What do you start with to make today more productive?
Breaking things down into smaller pieces has an exteremely powerful effect that makes large goals melt in front of you. Particularly when you start your day with something in particular.
Why do you want to achieve your goal?
One of the hardest things to accomplish for most is to start a new set your habits. Kim discusses why knowing what you are working towards, and seeing that everyday moves you past the sticky spots more often.
